Orthopedic ONE Physicians Named to Newsweek America’s Leading Doctors 2025 List

Practice is home to more ranked physicians than any other group or health system in Ohio

Eleven Orthopedic ONE physicians have been awarded a position on Newsweek’s list of America’s Leading Doctors 2025. This award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on July 30, 2025, and can be viewed on Newsweek’s website.

In an era of informed decision-making, we are proud of this latest acknowledgement from Newsweek as well as other recent local and national accolades including our position as #1 in Ohio and #3 in the Nation for Orthopedics (Castle Connolly Top Doctors®), Columbus’ Best of Business in the Orthopedic/Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy categories – and our longstanding position as the CBUS Top Pick for Orthopedics. 

We understand that patients have a choice when selecting the right specialist for their care. To support this process, Statista and Newsweek have partnered to provide this new comprehensive resource: America’s Leading Doctors 2025, awarding doctors in 15 different medical specialties based on four data sources:

  • Physician Performance Data: Doctors’ performance benchmark data sourced from Arcadia was used to evaluate a physician’s performed procedures against the state average based on the volume of episodes performed and five measures per procedure (e.g. complications by episodes, mortality rate).
  • Recommendations From Peers: Thousands of medical experts (physicians, managers/administrators, and other medical professionals with knowledge in the respective medical field) in 20 US states were invited to an online survey.
  • Quality Score: For In-State recommendations, participants were asked to assess the quality of care (e.g., treatments, follow-up care, use of most recent equipment) and professional expertise of the specific specialty.
  • Certifications: Surgeons received 5% toward their total score if they have American medical and surgical certifications relevant to each specific medical field.

Based on the results of the study, the following Orthopedic ONE physicians were recognized on Newsweek’s list of America’s Leading Doctors 2025.
