
Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Orthopedic One
It is the mission of the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Orthopedic One to develop Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. These residents will develop excellence in orthopedic clinical practice by implementing evidence-based practice, exceptional patient care skills and becoming leaders in orthopedic practice for years to come.
Curriculum
Clinical Practice
- One on one mentoring 5 hours/week
- Non-mentored 35 hours/week
Didactic
- Weekly Learning Modules 1 hour/week
- Journal Club 1 hour/month
- CSM 24 hours/year
- Physician shadowing/surgery observation
- Independent study

- Weekly Learning Modules
Application Process
Applications should be completed through the American Physical Therapy Association’s centralized application system. Top candidates will be interviewed at Orthopedic One during February and March.
