To my wonderful physical therapists, Cayton Ruby and Joshua Hollis. Thank you for everything you did to help me through my recovery after knee surgery. There were many days I wanted to give up, and I know I cried through more than a few therapy sessions, but you always knew exactly how much to push me. You encouraged me when I was frustrated, celebrated the small victories with me, and helped me believe I would get stronger again. Your patience, kindness, and support meant more to me than you probably realize. Because of both of you, I am moving better, feeling stronger, and getting my life back. I truly appreciate the care and compassion you showed me every step of the way. Thank you for helping me heal.
