After suffering for more than four years, I finally got a referral to Dr. Ferrel. I knew I was in the right doctor’s hands at my first appointment. His attitude, bedside manner, medical knowledge, and the time he took to explain everything put my mind at rest.

I viewed surgery as a last resort. My pain level was beyond bearable, and my quality of life had deteriorated to the point that it made life less than worth daily existing. Dr. Ferrel and I discussed my options and decided surgery was the best course of action to improve my quality of life. He explained every step of the process. I understood this was a serious surgery and the risk involved. The surgery was successful, no doubt because of Dr. Ferrel. I was up walking the day after surgery with the aid of a walker and a physical therapist. I was amazed!

Four weeks after surgery, I have responded beyond anything I hoped for at the beginning of this process. Thanks to the best spine surgeon in town (in my opinion) and it’s my opinion that matters here! Also, shot out to the staff at Orthopedic ONE and St. Ann’s. They are a cut above so many! I credit all of them for my speedy recovery.
I’m so very grateful to my wonderful surgeon! Dr. Ferrel, you’re the best!
