RETIRED EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2023:
After a career spanning more than 35 years, Dr. Dennis Taylor retired from active patient care, effective December 31, 2023.
The medical records of Dr. Taylor’s patients will remain at Orthopedic ONE, where they can continue to receive excellent care from his physician colleagues. Those who wish to continue care with a physician at Orthopedic ONE can call our office at (614) 545-7900 to schedule an appointment.
Patients who choose to pursue care with a physician outside of our practice may download a medical record release form from the Patient Forms section of our website and return it by mail, fax, or in person to one of the reception staff. Your records will be forwarded to you at no charge.
Dr. Dennis J. Taylor specializes in general orthopedics, with special interests in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, and total knee and shoulder replacement.
He is a graduate of Wright State University with a residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus. Dr. Taylor is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, where he also holds a specialty board certification as a diplomat. In addition, Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Ohio Orthopaedic Society.
