Orthopedic ONE Pickerington Coming Spring 2027
Orthopedic ONE has started construction on a new two-story, 40,000sf medical office building on a roughly 5-acre parcel within Pickerington’s growing Refugee Road Medical Corridor.
Adjacent OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital along Stonecreek Drive, the new office will include a 6-pod physician clinic representing a full range of orthopedic specialties, expanded physical and occupational therapy space, and MRI services.

Slated to open in Spring 2027, the roughly $15 million facility will closely resemble the design of the Orthopedic ONE Gahanna clinic which opened in October 2024.
“Breaking ground on our new Pickerington office is an important step toward meeting the demand for high-quality musculoskeletal care in this growing region,” says Mark D’Aloisio, Orthopedic ONE Chief Executive Officer. “Our physicians have long served patients residing in and around Pickerington and we’re happy to put down roots here and provide care closer to home.”

Orthopedic ONE represents more than 60 surgical and non-surgical specialists and operates physician clinics in Canal Winchester, Delaware, Dublin, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard, Upper Arlington and Westerville. Orthopedic ONE physicians currently seeing patients in the physician suites at Diley Ridge Medical Center in Canal Winchester will relocate to the new Pickerington office once complete.
The practice has been working with Columbus’ Daimler Group as general contractor, Elford as owner’s representative, and both CPL and Moody Nolan Architects.
