I take an unbiased approach to get people back to what they love doing. Whether competing in a CrossFit competition or being able to lift a child, my goal is to get my patients moving optimally again. I take a holistic approach when assessing the body during functional movements in order to correctly prescribe appropriate individualized exercises.
