VIRTUAL CARE (TELEHEALTH)
In response to COVID-19, many of our physicians are now offering telemedicine. This option allows patients who don’t need to be physically present at an Orthopedic ONE location to schedule virtual visits with their doctor(s) so that you can continue care without interruption or delay.
However, not all orthopedic appointments are appropriate for telemedicine. Orthopedic ONE locations remain open to serve new and existing patients for in-person appointments.

TELEHEALTH AND THERAPY SERVICES DURING COVID-19
Our primary focus is taking care of you during these unprecedented times. Therapy Services will continue to serve many of our patients in clinic, but is also offering telemedicine and virtual visits as an option for patients who prefer to continue their therapy from home.
Your Therapist may contact you to discuss these options. And regardless of where you receive therapy, we will continue to communicate directly with your referring physician regarding your ongoing care.
We are required to inform you that virtual visits may be covered by insurance. Deductible, co-insurance, and co-pays specific to your policy will apply.
Our Therapy leadership team is available to address specific concerns regarding coverage of telehealth and virtual therapy visits. Please notify your therapist if you have questions regarding coverage.
